Prof. (Dr.) Anant Kumar is a globally recognised pioneer in Robotic Urology and Kidney Transplantation. Currently serving as Chairman of Urology, Uro-Oncology, Robotics, and Kidney Transplantation at Max Hospital (Saket & Vaishali), New Delhi, he brings over 40 years of surgical mastery to some of the most complex urological cases in the country.

He holds an MBBS from King George Medical University (Lucknow), an MS in General Surgery from PGIMER (Chandigarh), and an MCh in Urology/Genito-Urinary Surgery from PGIMER. He has completed research fellowships at Monash University (Australia), Cleveland Clinic (Ohio), and Johns Hopkins (Baltimore). Prior to Max Hospital, he was Professor & Head of Urology at SGPGIMS (Lucknow) for 25 years, and has also served at Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Group, and Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, UK.
