Doctors are responsible for ensuring their profile information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Find MD Health reserves the right to remove any listing that we determine to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies without prior notice.
Patient Reviews
Reviews posted on Find MD Health represent the personal opinions of individual patients and do not represent the views of Find MD Health. We reserve the right to remove reviews that we determine to be fake, abusive, defamatory, or in violation of our review guidelines. We do not edit the content of genuine reviews except to remove content that violates our policies. Doctors who believe a review is fraudulent or defamatory may contact us at findmdhealth@gmail.com to request a review investigation.
Premium Listings and Payments
Doctors and clinics who purchase premium listings on Find MD Health agree to our billing terms. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Find MD Health reserves the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. You may cancel your premium subscription at any time and your listing will revert to a free basic listing at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
All content on findmdhealth.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Find MD Health or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Find MD Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Find MD Health is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided by any doctor listed on our platform.
